What's in the moat?

Nope, no moat for Jimmy - don't want the critters gettin' stoned.

Yeah, nobody would be scared of a bunyip sitting on the bridge, singing "Wasting away again in Margaritaville . . ."

So might Sourland, but the results are not good. As a kid I was actually asked by the church choir director if i could "just mouth the words". 'Rock of Ages' just ain't the same if you do't belt it out. This marked the start of my separation from the formal church.

Hubby has the same problem. He has the sort of voice that is perfect for singing solos - as in, so lo you can't hear it. In his case, it's more than just the tonal quality of his voice; he can't even whistle on key! He has no sense of rhythm, either, which makes dancing with him incredibly frustrating. He does enjoy music, though. He was a fan of rock music when we met, but his musical tastes have broadened over the years. Now, he's the one most likely to be listening to opera on a Sunday afternoon. He likes to listen to me sing, too, gotta love that!

lady, I'm starting to get the impression that your husband and I are a lot more alike than unalike. You have my empathy.

There ya go. I warned the Princess on our first date - we only dated 14 months, but she full well knew what she was getting into.
