My father went to the goodwill in Albuquerque, and ended up buying a big 'ol maglite flashlight for $1.95. He took it home, checked the bulb, then opened the back end to take out the old batteries (it wasn't lighting up)... and it was FULL of white powder. so he screwed the back back on, and drove down to the police station (a block and a half away) and said "hey, i bought this flashlight at goodwill, and it's full of white powder." the cop gave him a skeptical look, and said "It's just corrosion of old batteries. Happens all the time" and my dad was like "No, it's packed full of powder, no batteries at all" so they took the flashlight and tested it, and it was full of METH. GROSS!!! and my dad didn't get his money back or anything!
