Nothing right now, and here I was so excited to use it (I just got it about a week ago)! I decided to keep them under my broody serama instead, as she's been doing a great job and has hatched 2/5 chicks so far. So exciting!

I have a little spangled OEGB cockerel who I'll introduce to my flock when he's older, and once he gets into the breeding thing I'm going to pop those eggs in the incubator! I love interesting crosses and think he'll make some pretty babies with my myriad of hens.

Also, might just have to browse here, Ebay, and Eggbid once these babies are a bit older. I have a feeling I won't be able to resist!

3 eggs. 2 cuckoo maran and 1 ee/polish - an emergency hatch. I lost my favorite pullet on Christmas day so I grabbed all of her eggs out of the refridgerator and put them in the bator with a few of my cuckoo maran eggs. Only one of her eggs made it to this point. Hatch day is tomorrow (Saturday). Hopefully I'll get a cuckoo or two to keep her company.

Seramas, a few each of Blue Polish, Naked Neck Silkie/Blue Polish, Wheaten Penedesenca. Some mutt eggs under a couple of broody Silkies. The only thing I've been able to set in the last 2 weeks are Seramas. Everything else was freezing almost immediately!

12 plain old white leghorns. First time I have incubated eggs. Also they are in a homeade bator. So if I get only one to hatch, I will consider it a success!. Set them on 1/13 with a hatch date of 2/2. What is the soonest I can candle to see if I am getting any development?
