Could I use bacitracin?Could the hens be pecking her head? You could use some pine tar or Nustock cream on the back of her head. That will help prevent pecking and healing.

You can just leave it be if you wish.
If not, then a bit of NuStock or Pine Tar may help deter the behavior.
