Some people thing I am weird for eating sliced jicama and using it instead of a tortilla or potato chip. I have friends that freak out because I eat blue cheese dressing ("It has mold in it!" LOL)

Cactus doesn't have ANY flavor. They use it as a filler in poor sections of the country down there.

Have to have my corn mixed in with my potatoes, meat, stuffing and gravy - one big pile of yummy goodness!!

This is not too weird, but my husband thinks that it is.

Peel a large navel orange (or any citrus fruit) and dip each slice in hersey's chocolate syrup. Yummy!
