What's the best bird to hatch?

I was wondering what everyone's favourite thing to hatch is. Poultry only!!! Maybe I will try to hatch whatever is the most popular (unless it isn't suitable for a Brinsea Mini advance ii). Choose one or two in the poll, then explain the breed of your chosen poultry.
EXAMPLE:
-Chicken chosen in poll
-in chat; explain the chicken breed
"silkies are good to hatch..."
-Explain why
"the chicks are really cute!"

Chickens, i have only done chickens and some turkeys but never ducks
