Thanks Everyone, My oldest birds that i was referring to are 22 days old so just over 3 weeks. So in 3 to 4 weeks I can start feeding meal worms? Can i feed them lettuce or cabbage and bread now to the 3 week olds?

Your three week old birds should be fine with things like grass, bread, greens, etc. Just don't go overboard with quantities so that it throws off their nutrition / protein balance. So long as you don't feed live foods they should be okay.

THE BEST TREAT FOR COTURNIX THAT ARE NOT COMPLETELY GROWN IS GAMEBIRD STARTER AND NOTHING MORE. DUE TO THEIR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH RATE THEY NEED EVERY CALORIES THEY BURN TO BE DIRECTLY USED ON INTAKE OF MORE HIGH CALORIE NUTRITION THAT CAN SUSTAIN THEM.

I UNDERSTAND THE "ARENT THEY DARLING" CONCEPT AND THE ATTRACTION TO SPOIL OR TREAT THEM, THEY ARE CUTE LIL BIRDS AND HAVE THE BEST PEOPLE FRIENDLY PERSONALITY OF ALL GAMEBIRDS, BUT IF YOU TRUELY WANT TO SPOIL THEM AND ARE SERIOUS IN TAKING THE BEST CARE OF THEM, FEED THEM GBS ONLY--- FREE CHOICE, AS MUCH AS THEY CARE TO WOLF DOWN 24/7 AND CLEAN FRESH WATER. They dont seem to like anything i try to give them like cabbage or whatever anyway. Im just going to start a mealworm habitat and maybe by the time they are old enuff to eat them they will be reproducing in there.
