My ducks sleep in the metal coop ( a6x8 aluminum shed that was converted to a coop by prev. owner of house), where as the chickens all sleep in the chicken house coop which is like the hilton haha...
well.. i get around 8 eggs a day in the next boxes in my hilton.. and 3 or so (mostly very little tan eggs) in the duck house up on the shelf area.. in a little nest the chickens have made.. the past two days I've found a little tan egg in the messy duck corner... and I dont know if a chicken is confused or if a Muscovy (around 14-16 weeks old) duck has laid them...

My ducks eggs feel kinda waxy like wax paper. I hope that makes sense ha, usually duck eggs are a little bigger.
