What's the earliest YOU'VE had a goose egg to hatch???

I am just curious how EARLY some goose eggs hatch. Please share your experience. Thanks!

You don't want them to hatch early. Early hatches mean the temp was too high, they matured too fast and will probably have some issue as some point. Better they are a day late. I have never had an early egg hatch on goslings. Always late.

oh. thanks. its just that i am on day 25 and soooooooooooo EXCITED that 3 out of 4 have made it this far. AND my birthday is on day 29 so i was hoping for a birthday present

.... SO now i know not to hope for that and just hope they all make it to day 31 IN THE SHELL. THANKS!

They should start hatching day 28 and it could take another day or two for them to get out.

My last two batches of Sebs pipped on day 27, hatched on day 28.

I have one pipped right now day 27 1/2-probably won't hatch for 24 hours.
