Where should I look for the Oxine? Would TSC or feed stores carry it?

You can take a sick bird to your vet and they can draw blood and send it in for a test to determine if the illness is any of the 7 respiratory diseases that cause a carrier state in exposed birds. It costs less than $150 I believe, plus vet fees. I understand your flock has most likely already been culled. I just wanted you to have the information in case anything comes up later. For those emotionally attached to their flocks (me) or those with special birds it might be well worth the money to know if it is necessary to cull.
