What's the longest incubation time for bobs?

My current batch is NOT hatching. It's been 20 days. I have 2 thermometer/hygrometers in there. Temp 99, rh around 70%.

I float tested a few the other day. Two that sank I opened. One was unfertilized, one was alive & teeny --not ready to hatch at all.

I'm planning to be patient and not open more. How long should I wait?

Bobwhites take 23 to 24 days to hatch. If today is day 20, you need to lock down, up the humidity by 10% and wait a few days.
