Whats the lowest humidity?

Im hatching a bunch of chickens ( idk exactly what kind theres a mix ) and i run around 30-45% humidity for a dry hatch until the lockdown when ill go 60-65% this is ok right. and 30 percent humidity is ok right?

I do 30-35% first 18 days and 55-60% at lockdown. Usually I don't go up during lockdown until I get 1st pip. I drowned babies in the beginning from way to high humidity. I have never had a shrinked wrapped chick--and we are talking hundreds of hatches!
