What's the matter with this chick?

I came home from work today and this chick looked like this. Last night I thought she looked a little sluggish but she didnt look crooked and could stand up. I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose her but I wonder what it is. Anyone know?

I alos just noteced it looks like it had a runny poop. I've isolated it.

It is panting rather hard and looks swollen around the right breast.

Ok, I'm newer to chickens, but I have handfed and reared many baby birds. I sounds and looks like her crop may impacted. Is the crop hard to the touch? Is the 'panting' you explain possibly her trying to swallow? You can treat impacted crop by squeezing two eye droppers full of mineral oil down her gullet and gently massaging the mass between your fingers to break it up. Repeat the following day if neccesary.
