whats the minimum weight you would butcher conish x's?

I lost 25 today for no good reason. They arent big enough yet to butcher i would guess 5 1/2 to six pounds. They were 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 pounds on the 2nd of this month. I am tempted to just butcher em all this weekend regardless of weight.

I like to wait till they are 8 lbs or so live weight to get a 5 lb or so dressed bird. However... I've let some go till 10-12 live and have done some who were starting to come down with ascites or were starting to suffer in summer heat when they were only like 6 weeks old and 5 lbs live. There really is no min weight to butcher, but just less meat. Like those tiny cornish game hens at the store which are 4 weeks old. I'd cut my losses if you already lost 25.
