What's the ONE thing you would change or redesign about your coop?

Make the nesting boxes easier for my kids to access so they can collect eggs on their own.

... And make it bigger lol but we're in the process of doing that now!

Wish it was bigger. We are expanding the run starting next week. I'd really like 2 more hens. Maybe a fancier breed or 2. My older girls are 19 and 17 weeks old and we are still waiting for eggs. I love them so much!

Bigger windows, and this spring we rebuilt the run; roof and really good security. It's not finished, but love it already! Mary

Much bigger run, with at least some covered area and wind blocks.

I have gable roof now and like the way it looks. But a shed roof would allow more functionality in my setup.
