What's the rarest breed or variety you have?

The Australorps from the same order are mostly laying large already.

I have Mocha in the broody breaker. I wanted her to get to finish growing up before she sat on eggs. She should be promising though -- she defends her nest viciously.
Javas are slow to mature though. When I got mine, he said the hens didn't mature until 18 months or so. And judging by the eggs size from mine, he wasn't wrong.
 
No, you're fine! They are pretty rare still! They're pure Cochin bantams with the silkie-feather gene that makes them look fuzzy like a Silkie. 😁

I have a group of Ketwas that hatched this March. Those are the rarest I have. Used to have cemani, a smooth and frizzled pair.

Pheonix are probably the rarest common breed I have though
