The rarest breeds I have are probably my Mottled Java hen and Ameraucana rooster.

Thank you! Peeper's currently broody, and Mr. Beard lost his beard. One of the non-bearded hens pecked it out. I think she was jealous of it.

No, you're fine! They are pretty rare still! They're pure Cochin bantams with the silkie-feather gene that makes them look fuzzy like a Silkie.

I really want Isabel English Orpingtons. I ordered eggs unfortunately none of them are developing. been incubator for about seven days know. I think they have gotten scrabbled in the post.

So I a second batch of Isabel Orpington eggs and put them in my incubator with some other eggs. The other eggs have viable chicks in them. Isabel eggs nope 12 eggs no chicks. Papa's Poultry is were I got them from. I think they are in California. Must be to far away from Indiana to get viable eggs in the post. Super bummed!
