What's the right shade? Or are neither correct?

So, Red cochin bantams for those who are familiar with them or their red coloring.
I just got a pair and when I brought them home I realized they are light compared to my one frizzle hen. I have a juvenile frizzle who is light like them but I didn't ever think about shade difference until now.
Is my darker hen better or are they better? Wanting to breed them so just wondering-
The Roo:
Compared to the hens his tail extends out further than theirs- Does that mean anything? Maybe he has the wrong body shape for a cochin?

The hen he came with: She's small compared to my other cochin bantam hens, not just my red frizzle. Her back also looks rather long, same with the roo actually.

My Red Frizzle hen: I love this girl, but go ahead and tell me anything about her that could be better.

The juvenile frizzle: 4 months, no idea on gender yet but I'm hoping hen since I have a frizzle hen.

The red frizzle hen is more of the correct shade. Yes, your male's tail is too long. The body type of him and the smooth hen is off.
While not perfect, the frizzle hen is better.
Do you think hatching the frizzle hens eggs would help with that? I find it a little funny , both my frizzles came from tsc's bantam assortment in store- No idea where the lady got the pair from.
