What's this eye looking like?

Poor thing is hurting. I noticed she was lethargic yesterday, but didn't notice her eye. This morning I noticed her eye and the lethargy. It looks milky or glazed over.

I've pulled her away from my flock and given her some nutridrench. She is eating and drinking. I'm out of antibiotics, and can't remember where I ordered them, of course.

Anything I could maybe flush her eye with? Thoughts? Thanks so much in advance.

A warm wet compress or washcloth held on the eye for a few minutes would be helpful to moisten the eye and crusty drainage. Then flush eye with saline eye wash and apply a small dab of Terramycin eye ointment (from feed store) or plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice daily. If she has a chronic respiratory disease, such as MG, Tylan 50 injectable given orally or Tylosin in the water can be used to treat symptoms.

She doesn't seem to have anything respiratory going on? I've done warm compress, saline, and terramycin (picked some up from the feed store) she's had some nutridrench- doesn't seem to be drinking or eating much though. Waiting for antibiotics.
