Tried emailing them and calling these guys....THEY NEVER REPLY TO ANYTHING!!!!

I got a response via chat. Had to get a thermometer replaced.
 
I was wondering if there were other people that have had them. I am getting a bit irritated how long it is taking to get a refund on an item I returned.
