What's up with its feathers?

The first picture is day 2 and the second is today, week 3. I noticed the extra "puff" on its back once it fluffed up after hatch. I assumed that the extra feathers would fall off once the adult feathers came in but its almost completely feathered now and they are staying put. Has anyone hatched one out like this? Do you know if this is a genetic condition that I should be concerned about? I'm starting to decided who gets kept for my flock and who gets culled. I don't want to keep one that may pass along a genetic condition...

I had one with a cheek that had extra feathers on it. Yours looks rather cute with its feathery shrug.
