whats up with my RIR - bugs, missing feathers, normal or worse? pics

Any idea what my 15 month old Rhode Island Red might have going on?

Especially struck by a few things: Missing a lot of feathers in the front of her chest. It looks swollen esp on one side. And just above her tail, she's got what kind of looks like could be an ingrown feather.. do chickens get those? Seems to act normal enough but looking like this for a month.

Keeping 4 other hens. Some are missing a few feathers but none anywhere near like this.

I'm not sure why she's missing feathers. But it looks like other feathers are growing in, so it may be a moult.
The weird lump over the tail is the oil (preen) gland.... totally normal.
