whats up with my rir

my rir is the same age as my other rir and br but only 2 are laying what is wrong with her please respond

not all hens will start laying at the same age. Some are just late developers. Give her some time and she will start laying before you know it.

I doubt that anything is wrong with the one who isn't laying yet. I started with 3 chickens. One started laying first, then a few days later, another started, then yet later, another.

Also, all three will not lay every day. Some days you will get 3 eggs, but some days only one.

This is an art, not a complete science.
