Whats up with this chick?

Got a black sex link from tsc okay this is one of 15 but its wing feathers are a bit odd. Any ideas why?

Okay, so awkward stage or frizzled...i am hoping for frizzled and that it is a pullet. None of the other chicks look like this so was a little worried something might be wrong with the wings!

My guess is frizzled, too, but it is probably too soon to tell. At 3 to 4 weeks, it'll be unmistakeable.
