You said that she's a new layer..
If she's a new layer, then I would give her some time- Even if you don't wanna cull, Inexperienced layers can be a bit clumsy.. I don't know what you should do if it won't stop.. I would give her another couple of days. I would do a system of cups, so that if you end up cracking the egg with blood, you won't have to throw them all away.
1.-Get out 2 bowls (Or a cup)
2.-Allow the smaller of the two to be the first egg container.
3.-Crack one egg into the first cup, if its clean pour into the big container (Where you will mix or do whatever)
4.-Make sure to do them one at a time.
5.-If you crack the egg into the little cup and its bloody, than throw that one away.
6.-And then continue step 2. For the remainder.
