What's with the slobber?????

I just noticed that my goslings slobber when they are being held. Not worried just intrigued. I'm a week into fowl and poultry. I just picked up 12 chicks, 1 turkey and, 2 toulouse goslings.
 
it's just a normal reaction. They spit up when picked up... like normal babies... lol
