Without mine, I'd be travelling abroad.

Had to do a little avatar changing today. I chose this one because I love the colors of fall and I love my fur babies so it's a win win. I need a little color to look at besides all the white

I enjoy sharing my critters, especially the dogs because I'm so proud of them. The German Shepherd has warned me of danger more than once and even scared four men out of my driveway when I was home alone. I have never seen grown men move so fast as seeing my beast run at them

It was with my first group of chickens. They were free ranging and my SO was working late. I noticed a car pass by 3 or 4 times. After that four men were approaching my house so I cracked open the front door. They asked if they could buy my chickens and I kindly declined. Then they asked about random neighbors chickens and I explained most of these people raise for themselves and there are hatcheries close by if they wanted to get their own. At this point my dog was still behind me trying to squeeze by. So on and on this went and they clearly weren't getting the message to leave. They just stood there eyeballing my poor flock. This is when the shepherd got by me. I went to reach for a collar...that was not there haha. He just ran full force at them and I got to watch them bump into each other trying to get away. As they were getting in their car my neighbor was getting home and had a few words from what I heard. I'm sure no harm would have come from it, but I appreciate knowing my dogs, especially the beast, have my back when I need it.
