Is this chicken new to your flock? How long have the comb and ears looked looked this way? Do you have others related to it? Have you ever seen any types of Mareks disease in your flock? I only ask because there is a skin or cutaneous type of Mareks that can cause lesions on the skin. I have never seen combs of those chickens in pictures. Hopefully some of our other people have seen something similar. I will tag @azygous , @Wyorp Rock , and @dawg53 is they have ever seen that in barred rocks.

We've had them a few years, received them vaxed as chicks. They acting normal. Seems like they need lotion or something

For me, I'd leave them alone, but if you feel you need to put something on the comb, apply just a very thin amount of A+D ointment or Vitamin E oil to the combs.

Ointments/oil can sometimes make the skin on the comb, facial tissue and wattles peel but you can give it a try.
