What's wrong with hens legs?

Several of our hens have lifted scales on their legs. Legs seem to be swollen as well.What do you make of that? Any remedies?

Not sure if I am posting this in the right place but here goes. Our too sustained leg injuries. Infection caused his feet to swell. He is isolated from the flock and on his second round of oral antibiotic. His comb is now discolored. What's going on and what should we do? Vet not available til Monday.
