What's wrong with her?

My chicken wasn't looking weak yesterday so today we bought her home, we put her on the grass and she kept okay falling over so I had to pick her up again, I put her on concrete incase it was the grass but then she just sat still, I put her on my lap and she closes her eyes and like moves her neck in a motion where you'd think she was being sick and does it repeatedly

Sounds like she's very sick and probably in the process of dying unfortunately.

She's only young, what could be the sickness?

There are so many things, too many to pin it down, best to find a vet to see her, otherwise I would wait and see if you see any improvements.

Today when she woke up we gave her some tea because she tried to drink mine and we weren't sure if she was allowed it but we figured we'd give her the best send off but after that she's be full of energy, she's not fallen over once and when I knelt down she jumped off my arm and didn't fall over, she even jumps onto me, she seems amazing today!
