How are you keeping the chick, is she in a brooder with other chicks?
Do you have photos of that?
What do you feed?

How old is she?

I'd make sure there's plenty of ventilation in the brooder and that it's not too hot. There should be a cool side and just one warm spot for the chick to go to to warm up.

If she's weak, give her 2-3 drops of Poultry Nutri-Drench twice a day. Give her 1 drop at a time on the edge of the beak and let her take it in and swallow.

No idea what breed she is, where did she come from?

Hi thank you for answering to quickly. She is in a brooder
with other chicks. I don't how old she is because we got them at tractor supply. Chick starter I give them. Yeah and they have one side cool and other warm. She is some kind of bantam.

Good morning this is the best picture I could get because it only does it once in a while and when it breaths like that you can hear like a clicking noise. So I'm still worried

Make sure she's got plenty of ventilation, that litter is fresh, clean and there's not a lot of ammonia smell.

Work on hydration and getting her to eat.
Hi thank you for answering me. I Will do that, she seems better. Hopefully she stays better.

Hi a question if i do vetrx hoy can i do it i'm confused on the directions
I would not use any VetrX on chickens, it will not help your chick and can cause it to feel worse.
Where exactly are you keeping the chicks? House, cellar, garage or where?
How many are they and how big is your brooder?
Do you open the window at least twice a day to allow fresh air coming in?

How much space do these 20 chicks have? Can they get out of each others faces loo if they want to?

They need to have a cooler and a warmer side in their brooder so they will be able to choose where to stay according to their needs.

What exactly is the temperature in their brooder, do you have a thermometer in there?

How many feeders and water dispensers do you have for them?

I have been breeding and raising chickens for 20+ years and have never ever used any VetrX for my birds nor for any of my other animals.
