What's wrong with my call duck?

Hi everyone! I could really use your help. My call duck was definitely beat up, probably by our perkins. She looks like she has a respiratory infection of some sort. one eye is swollen shut and the crop is firm. I got a little nutri drench in her but she won't lay down. She keeps falling asleep standing up and doesn't wake until her beak hits the ground. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have not taken her temp yet but am researching how now. I do have a antibiotic left over from the vet that I had used on a baby duck I rescued, should I give her some of that? I feel horrible for her!!!!

No, Isaac knows more than I do about ducks and what might be happening

Poor baby. She is likely having issues from the attack. I suggest dressing the wounds (maybe try some hen-healer ointment).

Keep her warm and comfortable, as Kayla said you should dress her wounds. She might be in shock or just hurting. I also suggest keeping on giving her the nutridrench because it will help keep her hydrated and her nutrients up.

Ok, I'm still up with her. I just want to cry!! It looks like they pecked her eye. She keeps shaking her head but I think it's bc the fact that she can't see out of one of her eyes is throwing her for a loop.

She fell asleep after I held her for quite awhile. She did start preening too. I will take that as a little victory
