What's wrong with my chick?

My little banty that was born this morning has something wrong with it's neck...it looks straight up...almost all the time...when it lowers it's neck it falls over, and the trip back up...sends it over the other way sometimes.
What is it? Is it just weak tendons? Hatch wrong?
Any ideas?

Edited to add: I realize chicks are 'awkward' when they are first born, sometimes, for a quite a little while afterwards. This is different. Her little neck the way it sits propped on it's little back...never had this before.

Keep it away from the other chicks, It probably just needs to rest and strengthen its neck.
It could also have been a bit big inthe egg and strained its neck,

I had one like that from MM couple years ago. It fell in the water and drowned. So you might want to put marbles or something in the water dish incase it falls in.

I always keep a small "saucer" in the brooder for the water. Something they can get out of should they fall in. It works everytime so far.

What a sweet looking baby!!! I hope everything turns out ok.. when my cousin was born, she looked at the ceiling all the time.. I used to say she was talking to God.. maybe that's what your chickie is doing... having a chat with God.
