What's wrong with my chicken?

A few years ago I had a cockerel like this, but worse. His crop was much larger. He was always hungry but nothing but skin and bones and grew way slower than all the other chicks. We ended culling him.
Now this hen has a big crop, but she's growing normal, but still feels skin and bones. Should we cull her or is it fixable?

OK, well I guess we're killing us a bird today.

I'd say worms or other internal parasites

Everyone else is fine. Her crop is full and soft. And I mix DE into there food.

It's ok, we have somewhere close to 100 birds, they're all healthy, except for this one pullet. We'll just cull her and call it a day. Thank you, though.
