Whats wrong with my chicken?

I got chicks about two months ago. This morning I went into the coop and one of my chickens was sitting in a corner with her head tucked in, ruffling her feathers, and breathing through her mouth. She has weak legs and doesn't move a lot. She keeps ruffling her feathers and gaping her mouth every two seconds like she can't breath through her nose. She hasn't been eating or drinking a lot and I haven't seen her going to the bathroom today. Does anyone know what is wrong with her? Thanks.

If she is under a year old then my first guess would be a cocci overload. Over 2, I would check for gape worm.
