It can still move its legs but can't walk.

You may want to put her down if she can no longer live a quality life. I would imagine she is not comfortable at all.

You could try giving them a vitamin supplement. Sometimes a vitamin/mineral deficiency can cause leg problems. Get a good vitamin supplement with plenty of B vitamin in it and try giving that for a few weeks and see if they improve. It could be that instead of Mareks.
You can usually find vitamin supplements for their water in the feed stores or Tractor supply. If you can't do that, just cut a people vitamin in half and pop it down their throat. At this point, it's sink or swim.

Now there is only one it got killed by a raccoon and the one that's still alive has Mareks disease
