What's wrong with my ducklings foot?

I noticed a little blood coming from my duck and figured out he has a small cut on his toe and it is very swollen. He doesn't act like he's in pain because he doesn't limp, and he is eating and drinking. What should I do to get rid of the swelling and cut? Perhaps he's hiding his pain?
