Whats wrong with my egg?

Does this mean my hen is sick? One time occurrence? Anyone know?
As soon as she laid she ate some oyster shells. I leave them out daily for them. Does she need to be seperated?

Shell-less egg with a tale.

If she's a new layer, then it's normal for them to have glitches here, & there.
 
Thank you both! She's about a year and a half old. She doesn't seem sick. Before she laid she just was staying in the coop while the others were out. She seemed to be okay for the rest of the night

They can act weird when a softies is moving down the pike.
The contractions don't work well against a soft surface.
Am betting your girl is slowing down production for the fall/winter break and molting,
you can get some weird eggs around that time.
