Alright so it started out with my pullet Hazel seaming like she needed to lay after being broken of broodiness she hasn't laid in over a month .
Slowly the past week she has gotten worse she is now at the point where she can't walk , I have given her warm bathes ,felt inside and out on her no egg felt , her comb is turning purple now I have been spoon feeding her and giving her water by hand , she has no Other symptoms.

Now yesterday one other pullet Delta has one swollen eye no nasel drainage or eye bubbles , and this morning one more pullet has the same swollen eye .

What could this be and how can I help my girls ?

This has me extremely worried! I don't want to lose them.

If its spreading then I suspect a respiratory infection such as MG. Nasal drainage and mucus can come after the swelling.
Would that be a treatable condition?
Also the one pullet is now lame she can't really get up when she does she stumbles and falls would that also be caused by this ? She doesn't have any eye swelling

MG is not a curable disease but you can treat symptoms. The birds will be cartiers for life. For that I use tylan.

For.the bird who is stumbling, the only disease I've seen with that (and I'm no pro) is mareks. And that is much much worse than MG.

Unfortunately it maybe markes would it be more humane to cull her ?

If markes when will the rest start showing symptoms?

If its mareks then the entire flock is infected. I know some people treat the symptoms of mareks but not sure on the details. If it is for sure mareks then you either cull the entire flock and have to wait years before you can get more chickens or you keep your flock, treat symptoms as they come, and close your flock. No birds in or out

I’ve read that Fowl Cholera can cause respiratory like symptoms AND darkening of the comb. I’d look into Fowl Cholera some more.

Unfortunately Hazel is now refusing to even try to eat or drink anything, she's not pooping either but that to be expected since she is not eating...she can no longer walk at all, she does have function of her legs she just doesn't have any balance to stay up right ,two days ago she was able to stumble about 6 inches before falling , I feel that there is no return for her from this ☹.. I feel it maybe best to cull her and end her suffering I've never had to do this before so I have been researching into the broomstick method. (Photos of Hazel)

The one with a swollen eye is eating running for treats ect I started her on antibiotics to help clear it up . I think she might have gotten something in her eye when it was windy here because she has absolutely no other symptoms. But I'm trying to stay on the cautious side and treating with the antibiotics in case of infection.

And the other one I thought had a swollen eye well she was just playing me for a fool and acting like it was but upon further inspection there's nothing wrong with her , thank goodness.
