What's wrong with my gosling?

I've noticed one of my goslings is making these sounds for about two weeks already, it sounds like it's sneezing ... have watched it closely, it doesnt seem to be bothered at all... also haven't seen any discharge around the nostrils. It is active, eating and drinking... what can I do about it?

Yes. There is a water bowl and a pool

A couple of times one of my geese got a little piece of straw stuck in the nares and I had to get it out carefully , take a look

I inspected that poor gosling very closely, couldn't see anything suspicious in the nares

Update: I just went ahead and tried Hemostam. Two injections, 3 days apart. It seemed to help, I can't even tell which one it was!
