Whats wrong with my hen?!?!? PLEASE HELP!!

I would worm her just to be sure. When my hens appear ill I nearly always worm first.

Her poo is still black & oily today. she hasn't eaten AT ALL yet. i've tried to feed her out of my hand or put it in water...she just doesn't want it. she is standing more though...?

i don't know whats wrong, i will worm her just in case.
