Whats wrong with my hen?

I have a bluebell maran which has recently started perchng all day and fluffing up any idea whats wrong?

Is she on a perch or sitting in a nest box?

on the perch i dont have a house as they didnt whant one and perched outside in a log shelter which i then converted into a perch house..

Is she eating and drinking?

Could it be the weather? as its been at bit dreary here in england in JULY?
