What's wrong with my hen??!?!!?!

My hen wyndytte is acting weird. She has no control of her neck, it moves in weird way like she can't keep it still, and her pupils are really big and dilated. And when she was coming out of the chicken coop she acted like she had no dept perception. And she isolates her self from the other chickens. Please help! Thanks!
