Whats wrong with my hen?

I have a white leghorn hen that is having some issues with feathers around her neck. I am not sure if something got a hold of her by her neck or if the other chickens are pecking her. They all grew up together and are a year old and I have never witnessed aggressive behavior from the other hens. Any ideas?

It looks like she might be molting. If you haven't seen any pecking going on, I might check her over for mites, but otherwise I would guess she is molting.
