What's wrong with my hen?

I've never used the water add-in so not sure. I would say scale the dosage down to a per gallon dose & make sure that's the only water available OR just put a couple drops down each bird's throat individually. Not sure how many birds you have so not sure which way would be easier or more effective. Dosage for oral is probably still pretty close to topical.

If you can find a syringe, a 1 cc one, for the pour on, I believe it is 1/4 cc for standards... I know I read it on here some where... I use the paste myself. I use a peasize for standards, and 1/2 that for bantams and chicks 3 months and older.

TSC has the syringes right there with the meds without needles for like 30 cents. I use .2 ml for bantams & 1/2 grown chicks & .5ml for full grown LF birds.

My dad puts down my hens by holding them by the legs in the air and hitting them over the head with the handle of a hammer. my neighbouring farmer puts his hens down the same
