What's wrong with my little Delaware?

I have a 3 week old Delaware who I am sure is a pullet. I've noticed yesterday that she has an issue similar to a seizure or a spasm. He head and neck is involuntarily pulled down under her and she loses balance and scoots back. She does not fall down. These episodes last a few seconds each and she has one right after another and then seems to have a break for a little while. She is still having them now. None of the other nine chicks she was incubated and hatched with seem to be having these issues. Only one other is a Delaware who I'm sure is a cockeral. I want to help her if possible. I do not think I could kill her if that is what I must do.

I think you are experiencing wry neck. Poly vi sol, without iron, a couple drops per day plus a little vitamin E should put her back to normal. Search wry neck on here for more information.
