What's wrong with my roos eye?

Idk if he got into a fight with my other roosters which I removed him from a week or so ago. And he is able to open his eye all the way and it looks normal when he does. But still worried.

Do you have mosquitoes now? It looks like fowl pox virus, and he might have swelling or pus in his eye. Pox lasts about 3 weeks. Flush his eye with saline, and then apply either Terramycin or plain Neosporin ointment into his eye twice a day. If there is pus in the eye, it needs to be squeezed out. Make sure that he is drinking and eating, and not being bothered.

I have some poultry medicine spray I have used on him when I first noticed it. He isn't acting odd. He is running around the yard with his hens and a few brothers. Eating and drinking fine. I'll put more medicine on him tonight thou.
