What's wrong with my turkey?

A growth started on this young tom's face and I don't know what to do. He is one of a pair and they are my first turkeys. We have chickens too. He's having difficulty eating because the growth blocks his vision. Has anyone seen this before? Now it looks like a similar thing is happening on the other side of his face.

Coconut oil well vassoline really works and you can try doing some peroxide on a Q-tip

@Hicklberry Farms , welcome to BYC! Close up pictures will help, but I think your turkey has a sinus infection. Can you take him to a vet?

Just saw the pictures... looks like a severe sinus infection that needs surgery.

It won't resolve on it's own. Pus needs to be removed.
