Whats wrong with this baby??

This baby hatched over 24 hrs ago, why does it look like this?? It is much smaller than the others, and the others are all fluffy and feathered. This one still looks wet, but it's not. It is very spunky and doesn't seem sick or anything

Slow growing runt? Had one that took longer to fluff up and I kept putting it back in incubator cuz it kept wetting it self

Could be a runt, could be something didn't develop right in the egg. I would start with some Nutri'-Drench or Save-a-chick to give it a boost. That might be enough, or it might fail to thrive and quietly pass away.
