whats wrong with this egg PICS

Hi went into my nest box and found this really wierd egg it is balloon like and had no yolk

That looks like the remains of a soft shelled egg. Soft shelled and shell-less eggs are easy pickings for peckish hens, unfortunately. The article linked above explains the causes of soft shelled eggs.
